When you join the Toneroom early access list, we collect your email address, the date and time of your signup and confirmation, the signup source, the consent text shown to you, and your confirmation status.

3. Why and on what legal basis?

We use this information only to manage the Toneroom early access list and send launch-related email updates. Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time through our unsubscribe page or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Double opt-in

After submitting the form, we send a confirmation email. Your address is marked as confirmed only after you click the confirmation link. We retain the signup and confirmation timestamps to document your consent.

5. Google services

We use Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and Google Workspace to store signup data and send confirmation emails. Google processes data for us in connection with these services. Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards provided by Google. 6. How long do we keep the data?

Confirmed signup data is kept until you withdraw your consent, the Toneroom early access purpose ends, or storage is no longer necessary. Unconfirmed signups are deleted periodically. Legal retention duties may require limited information to be retained for longer.

7. Who receives the data?

Your information is accessible only to the controller and service providers needed to operate the list. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated advertising.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe page. Contact mail@voges-design.com to exercise your other rights.

9. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with another competent data protection authority.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
